We have three membership options 

3-Month Starter Membership –
Assessment and Preconditioning

This membership is for the newcomer to GAF. There will be a strong introduction to our fundamental training principles, basic skills of soft tissue health, assessment to establish a baseline starting point and continuing reassessments to follow changes.  This intensive starter program is designed to quickly get the newcomer ready to safely join in with the more seasoned members.

Includes:

  • Two 55-minute assessment/strategy sessions
  • Two appointed small-group training sessions each week
  • Additional coaching support during drop-in visits
  • A workout program updated every 5-6 weeks or as needed
  • Top-of-the-hour group warmups
  • Conditioning classes, Fundamental Training and Deliberate Practice class, Cardio and Stretch class
  • Unlimited use of the GAF facility during business hours
  • Informative newsletter with educational training tips
  • Access to our supportive GAF community

 

3-Month Short-Term Membership

This membership is for re-entering or current members who have completed the 3-Month Starter Membership and wish to renew their membership.

Includes:

  • One appointed small-group training session each week
  • Additional coaching support during drop-in visits
  • A workout program updated every 5-6 weeks or as needed
  • Top-of-the-hour group warmups
  • Conditioning classes, Fundamental Training and Deliberate Practice class, Cardio and Stretch class
  • Unlimited use of the GAF facility during business hours
  • Informative newsletter with educational training tips
  • Access to our supportive GAF community

 

Annual Membership

This membership is for re-entering or current members who have completed the 3-Month Starter Membership and wish to renew their membership.

To join GAF, you must meet some basic health requirements

You (1) must be in good physical condition and have the physical ability to walk unassisted up a flight of stairs, stand unassisted for ten minutes and get on and off the floor without assistance, (2) have the mental and emotional capacity to participate in group learning and work independently from a written training program, (3) be able to safely work with any of our GAF trainers at any time, (4) have a BMI of under 30 and (5) commit to understanding and implementing our GAF training concepts.

Monthly payments are made through our safe and secure automated bill-pay system.
