Saturday: 8:00 am – 8:55 am

Complete Conditioning classes are structured as a high energy total-body workout that incorporates a warm up, strength conditioning, coordination and balance training. Team work and group enthusiasm create a training experience that’s charged with fun yet encourages everyone to go at a pace that works for them.

Fundamentals and Deliberate Practice

The Fundamentals and Deliberate Practice class is a studious, hands-on approach to understanding and practicing human movement skills. It’s designed to teach awareness of how your body works and dig deeper into the nuances of movement. This class is an eye-opener for everyone who takes it.

NEW! Cardio and Stretch

Drop-in class
GAF members only

Wednesday: 9:00 am – 9:45 a.m.

Cardio and Stretch is a new offering structured with about 30 minutes of warmup and choreographed movement designed to develop cardio-vascular health and motor planning skills. Then a 30-minute stretch experience will follow to further develop body awareness and muscular flexibility.
