Our coaches work together as a synchronized team based on the coaching philosophy and training model developed at Greatest Age Fitness. We like to think of ourselves as teachers and facilitators in a classroom where we set the stage for learning, sharing, developing and maintaining self-care skills, movement strategies, and healthy life habits.
Our Team understands that the GAF vision requires building trusting relationships with each and every member. We invest in the time necessary to talk and learn about the daily stressors and personal challenges that come with this stage of life. Then, in an appropriate way, we challenge, advise, give feedback and support to motivate and pave the way for meaningful change in attitude, action and behavior.
