Mo had an idea and a few “first followers.”

At the age of 59, founder, Moira Lanier, aka Mo, took a leap away from the traditional fitness club model and designed an experiment she called Greatest Age Fitness. Her method teaches every GAF member to understand and respect the impact of a life time of wear-and-tear on their body.

Through guided self-discovery, education about the aging human form and coaching to learn better ways of “doing,” GAF students become the drivers in their own process to reclaim and sustain their best level of health and physical function for the second half of life.

Greatest Age Fitness, Inc. opened for business with a new idea, a few pieces of equipment and some amazing people on February 28, 2011.
