Our training philosophy at GAF is derived from the belief that human beings have an innate drive to be autonomous, feel that they have a level of mastery over their pursuits and feel connected to one another.
As such, GAF members are coached, educated and trained to learn our fundamental practices and attitudes. They become knowledgeable partners in the process of advancing their physical health, fitness and wellbeing by developing fitness training and caretaking competencies side-by-side and in a co-operative effort with us and each other.
