We do way more than exercise at Greatest Age Fitness. One part of the GAF process that excites us so much is encouraging members to constantly ask questions to mindfully evaluate what’s happening in their bodies at any particular time. We realize, of course, that our bodies are highly-integrative, fluid and elastic systems that are in constant flux.

When we make “tuning in” an exciting study and exploration, we always find that what we knew to be true about ourselves yesterday can be quite different today and then again tomorrow. Tuning in can be a fascinating process of understanding the richness and complexities of our own bodies and embracing the changes of aging.

It can take us to places that we didn’t ever know about, help take some of the mystery out of getting older and give us information to handle that challenge with aplomb.
